"My experience was with Keisha, who was seemingly so nice at the beginning only to find she’s only out for commission not the consumers best interest like she plays off. Also, don’t try to prove her wrong even when she’s very much in the wrong because she will give you attitude and speak to you like you’re unintelligent. Spoke to various other State Farm agents and was told she was over quoting me like crazy (went from paying 180 in CA to 409 in GA) and could never give me a reason as to why I was paying so much (mind you - never been in an accident, no tickets since 2021, have my defensive driving, had the beacon, etc) so I decided to cancel my policy to which I asked for proof of, you can imagine that it definitely took multiple emails to even acquire that. Don’t attempt to call either because 90% of the time no one answers. I’ve been with State Farm since high school and this branch is the reason I left. If you’re in search, get Travelers!"

Georgia and metro Atlanta in particular has higher rates for many reasons and can be a shock when moving from another state. "Avoid this office at all costs. This company demonstrates a consistent inability to maintain accurate records, follow through on basic customer service, or be transparent about their billing. I was originally quoted $160/month for my policy. Yet, my first payment was nearly $300, followed by $270 the second month and $250 the third—amounting to more than a 65% overcharge, despite having no accidents, no tickets, and no changes to my driving record. I've contacted their office monthly for over half a year trying to resolve this. Each time, I'm promised follow-up and correction. Yet the overbilling continues with no refunds, no policy credits, and no accountability. Even worse, they can't seem to verify who initiated my current policy, though oddly enough they have no issue accessing every prior policy on record. The last representative I spoke with was not only unhelpful but openly rude and condescending, which sadly seems to be consistent with the dismissive attitude this office has toward its customers. After six months of giving them every opportunity to correct their mistakes, I can confidently say this office is either grossly incompetent or willfully dishonest. Either way, it’s clear they cannot be trusted. Spend your money elsewhere. There are far better and more ethical providers out there—it won’t be hard to find one."

"It has been a pleasure doing business with Statefarm. I have came over from a terrible experience with another company. I have had the experience with the help of Ryan and Trent who have given me a better quote and lower amount on my insurance each month and this has been even better for me moving forward with my auto insurance. I am definitely planning on saving more money and doing business with State Farm as well as spreading the word about their great deals and lower insurance policies, thank you for being good to me!"
